Project Overview :
Manningham Council (Council) engaged JJR to undertake the assessment and design for the following nine (9) stormwater drainage improvement projects within Manningham Council:
- 285 Oban Road, Donvale;
- 11 to 33 Alva Avenue, Park Orchard;
- Easement Drain 2 to 22 Euston Avenue, Park Orchard;
- 15 to 41 North Valley Road, Park Orchard;
- 69 Atkinson Street, Templestowe;
- 31 Yarra Street, Warrandyte;
- Kerry Anne Crescent, Wonga Park;
- 23–25 Grandview Road, Warrandyte; and
- 15 Innisfallen Avenue, Templestowe.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s significant experience in civil, roads and stormwater design were utilised in the management of the stormwater drainage design projects, including providing feature surveys, investigation, development of design and specifications, and cost estimates.
Council’s drainage design parameters, including alleviating property flooding were incorporated in JJR’s stormwater drainage designs, which were delivered to Council as an Issue for Construction Drainage Design Strategy.
