Project Overview :
Rockhampton Regional Council engaged JJR to undertake an independent evaluation and review of the regular passenger transport (RPT) Apron and Runway pavement marking.
JJR Involvement :
The scope of work for JJR included:
- Reviewed existing documentation including survey data, current design drawings and technical specifications;
- Swept path analysis with the nominated design aircrafts was undertaken, which was presented on an Information Document drawing;
- Determine and evaluated any design departures from the Manual of Standards (MOS) Part 139; and
- Prepared a technical memorandum summarising the outcome of the review.
