City of Melville (Council) engaged JJR to conduct condition assessments for all hard sporting surfaces in the Council Local Government Area to determine overall condition and provide recommendations for renewal or replacement.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team undertook condition assessment for hard sporting surfaces in accordance with the relevant standards. The client was provided with individual condition assessment reports for each sporting surfaces, which included photographic records, component condition ratings, overall condition scores, as well as remediation recommendations, and cost estimates for remediation.
