City of Monash engaged JJR to undertake a level 3 inspection and load rating assessments of the freestanding wall near Clyton Road to determine the remaining life of the components.

JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a Level 3 inspection and condition rating in accordance with VicRoads. The team provided the client with a Level 3 inspection report that included key findings of the site inspection, photographic evidence, defects description, load rating, structural modelling and recommendations.
