Merri-Bek City Council engaged JJR to conduct a comprehensive structural assessment of the retaining wall at Wheeler Street.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert engineers conducted site inspections to assess visible defects such as cracks and other signs of deterioration in the wall. They assessed the extend of structural issues, including any potential forward rotation of sections, and determine the impact of vegetation. A report was submitted to the client, which included recommendations for remedial actions, including necessary repairs, vegetation management strategies.
