Carrathool Shire Council engaged JJR to undertake feasibility study for the upgrade of the Hillston Heavy Vehicle Bypass.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team conducted a visual site inspection of existing features, heritage assessment, site feature survey, and geotechnical investigation. They undertook a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) in accordance with Environmental Planning and Assessment (EP&A) Regulation 2000. The team provided the client with the comprehensive technical report, which included the requirements for the upgrade of the road.
