JJR were engaged by the Body Corporate of a unit complex to conduct site and geotechnical investigations, analyse available information to identify the cause of the subsidence and cracking around the swimming pool located within the residential property, and recommend treatment options.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert engineers conducted a site visual inspection to review soil conditions, followed by geotechnical investigations to determine subsurface soil properties. A technical memorandum was prepared and submitted to the client, detailing findings from the visual inspections, analyse results from geotechnical investigations, and identify opportunities and constraints relative to concept design options and cost estimates for remediation works.
