Brisbane City Council engaged JJR to conduct Level 2 inspections of 234 community assets.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a Level 2 inspection building condition assessment specification and report for each of the 234 nominated assets, which included the assessment of their major components and an overall condition rating.
The comprehensive report prepared for each structure included assessment of their major components, overall condition rating, identification of required maintenance work, as well as mitigation strategies to address risks prior to remedial works.
