| Project Overview | Port Authority of NSW engaged JJR to develop a Cruise Terminal Operations Manual (CTOM) for the Overseas Passenger Terminal (OPT) and the White Bay Cruise Terminal (WBCT). |
| JJR Involvement | JJR developed the CTOM that outlined the rules, policies, and procedures that all OPT and WBCT operators and employees must follow to ensure efficient and effective use of terminal facilities, assets, and equipment when undertaking daily operations. This was utilised by the Cruise Operations team to ensure that the OPT and WBCT were operated efficiently on “ship” and “non-ship” days (including complying with Aviation & Maritime Security requirements). |
