| Project Overview | CMC engaged JJR to provide the concept design of six bridges for the purpose of tender submission to Bellingen Shire Council. The replacement of the six bridges is part of the Transport for NSW grant-based program to improve structural resilience during natural disasters and severe weather events. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR’s expert team carried out a concept design for the superstructure, substructure, road realignment and provisional road works for each bridge. Concept design drawings and a report was submitted to the client, which included bridge geometry, structural loading requirements, design life, structural importance, and a proposed realignment plan for the roads at bridge locations. |
