| Project Overview | Cumberland City Council engaged JJR to conduct Level 2 inspections of 165 structures, including 66 vehicular bridges, 23 culverts, 22 pedestrian bridges on road reserves, 48 pedestrian bridges in open spaces and associated advisory services. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a Level 2 inspection and completed a report for each of the 165 nominated structures, which included the assessment of their major components and an overall condition rating. The comprehensive report prepared for each structure included useful life, replacement values, maintenance and replacement schedules, and identified components that required Level 3 inspections, recommendations, and associated costs for each structure. |
