The Council requires engineering consultancy services throughout the design, construction and liability phase of the project, including:
- Functional design;
- Detailed design, including civil structural, hydraulic and fire services, mechanical and electrical;
- Environmentally sustainable design and energy considerations;
- Management of the procurement phase;
- Superintendent services throughout the construction phase; and
- Overseeing the defects liability period.
