Project Overview	Dynamic Works are managing modifications to a warehouse at 74 Cooper St Epping VIC. It is understood that the front entrance to the warehouse is to be extended together with cosmetic extensions to the front and rear entrances added.
JJR Involvement	JJR provided structural design components and specifications which includes the following: Foundation design including dimension, thickness and reinforcement; Framing design including columns, beams, bracing, and ties; Secondary members including cladding support frame if applicable (i.e. girts and purlins); Concrete slabs and reinforcement; Tertiary members and connections; Construction notes and specifications for steel and concrete works; Material notes and specifications for steel and concrete works; and Any other necessary components.
