| Project Overview | Manningham City Council (Council) engaged JJR to prepare a detailed design for a sealed car park at Pettys Reserve with up to 140 spaces and up to 60 space overflow area. The car park design was part of an upgrade of facilities at Pettys Reserve to increase participation and competition levels of soccer in the Council region. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR’s expert engineers prepared a detailed design for the car park, including hydraulic and drainage designs as well as consideration for lighting, access and maneuvering for 12.5m bus and Council’s garbage trucks. The detailed design drawings were completed in accordance with relevant Australian standards, Austroads guides, VicRoads guides and standard drawings, as well as Council guidelines and requirements. |
