Whittlesea City Council (Council) engaged JJR to undertake an asset condition review of the electrical supply, water supply, and sewer as part of Council’s proposed Norris Bank Reserve upgrades.
Norris Bank Reserve is a 10ha major open space located in Bundoora, 18km from Melbourne’s CBD and very popular with residents within walking distance of the Reserve.
JJR Involvement :
JJR prepared a concept services design report for Norris Bank Reserve that included reviews of the existing electrical supply, water supply and sewer assets, design options for upgrades, cost estimates and recommendations.
