| Project Overview | Surf Coast Shire Council was seeking annual condition audit assessments, intended to assess the overall performance and condition for simple and complex building assets under the management of council. |
| JJR Involvement | JJR performed inspections which evaluated all structural components for over 270 buildings, 125 of which were complex.
JJR then provided council with reports on any identified defects, such as cracking, excessive deflection, damage, and general settlement of the buildings. These reports were then utilised as inputs for a comprehensive program of maintenance, which outlined anticipated preventative, statutory and reactive (unplanned) maintenance work over the immediate, medium, and long term. |
