| JJR Involvement | JJR’s experienced structural engineers completed a detailed design of the footpath, including a retaining wall, landings, stairs, pathway surfaces, Tactile Ground Surface Indicators, handrails and kerb rails. A constructability report was completed by JJR to inform the detailed design relating to the site’s challenges, including steep topography, proximity to utilities, potential impacts on adjacent residential dwellings and limited accessibility for construction vehicles. |
