| Project Overview | For this project, JJR performed condition assessments for Light Poles and their foundation structures at the Carrum Hub Sports Precinct, as part of Kingston City Council’s Regular Asset Management activities. |
| JJR Involvement | In order to provide Kingston City Council with comprehensive asset health status data, JJR assessed various features including soil type, geographical data and structural features to ensure that relevant Australian Standards were met.
JJR also provided pole drawing in order to estimate the wind load, and assessed both geotechnical and structural failures, which were provided to Council in a Condition Assessment Report. In order to streamline the process and reduce costs, JJR only performed these comprehensive inspections for poles above 5m in height. |
