Powerpark is a JJR valued partner on many projects and engaged our team to provide engineering design services for columns cut out and grouting that will provide sufficient structural capacity to resist loads the specified member is required to carry.
JJR Involvement :
The scope of work for JJR included:
- Structurally designed and issued a design certificate for a cut-out to the 250x250x9 SHS columns that were conceptually detailed by the client; and
- Information documents provided that identify best-practice arrangements for baseplate grouting where grout thickness can vary up to 100mm and clarify construction steps.
