The client was purchasing a new property in Elanora and required:
- Engineering inspection of a drainage issues on a steep, sloping block;
- Engineering report with proposed remediation solution for the drainage issue, including repairs to the scouring issues;
- Repair options for issues slab undermining issues caused by scour;
- Engineering design of the retaining wall on the eastern side of the house; and
- Cost estimate to undertake the drainage upgrade, scour repair and retaining wall works.
JJR Involvement :
An engineering report with proposed remediation solution for the drainage issue, including repairs to the scouring issues was developed.
