A feasibility and preliminary design was required by the client to develop cost estimates for the development of 57 residential housing lots in Tallebudgera.
JJR Involvement :
The concept and preliminary design of infrastructure for the development was completed, including:
- Earthworks;
- Roadworks;
- Storm water;
- Sewer;
- Water;
- Other relevant utility services;
- Erosion control / landscaping; and
- Utility services charges (such as telecommunications and electrical).
Based on the concept design, a budget cost estimate was developed to allow the client to undertake the commercial negotiations with existing land owners. Support was provided throughout the negotiation process.
