Archerfield Airport required a project planning workshop to be facilitated in order to assess the current operations at the airfield, and determine future plans for development and expansion.
JJR Involvement :
The workshop conducted included:
- Reviewing historical projects undertaken and delivered at Archerfield Airport;
- Identifying planned projects and assessing challenges associated with planning and project delivery;
- Identifying a five-year forward capital expenditure program;
- Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT);
- Reviewing project management practices;
- Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery.
