The client required refurbishment of Hangar 5 at the airfield, including engineering design of the emergency egress (design of the ramp and associated structures) and project management during the handover and defect close-out phases.
JJR Involvement :
The scope of the project included:
- Project management of the hangar fit-out;
- Site inspections and stakeholder engagement;
- Management of contractors (electrical, building, landscaping etc.); and
- Management of defects during the liability period on behalf of the Airport.
