Project Overview :
Earthworks to grade to the stormwater channels but as per Item 17 of the attached DA.
We need to achieve a minimum 1 in 100 grades. council has requested an earthworks plan that shows the levels of each block proving conformance to the grade requirement.
JJR Involvement :
As per conditions on the Road, it was proposed by JJ Ryan to meet new structure of the Road. Scope includes following works:
- Review of existing survey data.
- Earthworks Plan with designs to provide min. 1:100 grade for self-draining.
- Cross Sections showing all relevant details for Del Rosso Road and Elva Street; and
- Longitudinal Plan for Del Rosso Road and Elva Street.
