Isaac Regional Council (Council) engaged JJR to provide full engineering services for a detailed investigation and design for the development of pavement along Golden Mile Road for a length of 3.5km (starting from CH16.83 to 20.33).
JJR Involvement :
The full engineering services undertaken by JJR’s engineers and surveyors, included:
- Comprehensive desktop review of all existing information including detailed review of geotechnical and survey information;
- Topographic and feature survey using GNSS equipment to create a 3D surface of the existing ground for subsequent design development; and
- Pavement design developed in accordance with survey data, which optimised the project budget and provided Council with the best value for money.
