Paul Irvin Hotel Group engaged JJR to undertake a structural inspection of the awning and/or balcony at the Coolangatta Sands Hotel.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted an inspection of the awning and/or balcony in preparation of a report completed a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) at JJR. The report was delivered to the client, confirming the structural adequacy and condition of the awnings, the awnings connection to the building, including advertising devices.
