Central Highlands Regional Council engaged JJR to prepare revaluation for all its airport assets at 6 different airports, including Capella, Dingo, Duaring, Emerald, Rolleston, and Springsure airports.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team undertook a comprehensive revaluation of the airport assets in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards Board (AASB) and CHRC Asset Management Plans and Asset Accounting Policy.
The client was provided with an asset revaluation report, which included the current asset conditions and a method for managing future expenditures.
