Brisbane City Council engaged JJR to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of 169 buildings located within the local government area.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced team conducted 169 building condition assessments using cameras, drones, and other measuring equipment. Considering factors such as accessibility, data availability, and coordination for efficiency, JJR provided the client with reports which included key findings of physical inspections, recommendations for maintenance works, and mitigation measures for remedial works.
