Airey Building Group engaged JJR to undertake a structural inspection and prepare structural design drawings for a concrete slab to replace the existing 40-year-old concrete slab and timber floating deck.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a structural inspection to evaluate the existing concrete slab. Data collated from the inspection was used to prepare design drawings for a new concrete slab, which included replacement of an existing timber floating deck. Structural calculations were completed and applied to ensure the design of the slab would support vehicles specified by the client. The detailed design drawings and report were submitted to the client along with a RPEQ Form 12 certification.
