JJR was engaged by a private client to prepare a design and inspection report in response to Council requirements for an operational works application.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers undertook a site survey using a 3D laser scanner and converted survey data to CAD format and analysed the surveyed data against Council’s performance outcomes as listed in Table 9.4.1-1 of the Gold Coast City Plan.
A detailed design and inspection report was completed by one of JJR’s RPEQ engineers, and was submitted to the client along with a recommendation to comply with Council requirements under the operational works application.
