Mackay Regional Council (Council) engaged JJR to provide detailed design drawings, specifications and estimates for the rehabilitation of six bridges within the Mackay region.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert structural team undertook a comprehensive investigation for each bridge, which included a review of Level 2 bridge inspections, survey data, and geotechnical reports. A report was prepared for each bridge, which included detailed design options in accordance with AS5100-2017, to meet T44 design loading, and minimised traffic impacts on the residential area during construction.
