Sunnybank Rugby Union Club engaged JJR to undertake a condition assessment audit for grandstands with 3-tier seating and identify any needs for maintenance.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert engineers conducted a visual inspection of seven (7) existing 3–tier grandstands. The client was provided with a condition assessment report, which included photographic evidence, key findings of the inspection, defects descriptions, and recommended reactive maintenance to ensure the future serviceability and safe operation of the grandstand.
