As part of the building development approval process, JJR was engaged by a private client to conduct structural inspection of three buildings.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted structural assessments, which included visual inspections in accordance with the requirements outlined in sections 74 and 77 of the Building Regulation 2021. An Aspect Inspection Certification was issued to the client by one of JJR’s structural engineers, being an Appointed Competent Person for the building development.
