The University of Queensland engaged JJR to conduct a visual inspection of the building at Lucia Campus.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced team undertake a site investigation, and evaluation to determine the extent of the defect, and to understand the level of connection of the facade to the structure. The client received a report analysing the building and facade’s capacity to withstand environmental loads, based on model evaluation and site observations of the structural connections. The report also provided advice on the facade’s stability under current conditions.
