Wagga Wagga City Council engaged JJR to provide concept design drawings for the development of a 90m span pedestrian bridge over the Murrumbidgee River.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted the preliminary investigation, designed the sidewalks and pedestrian bridge approaches, and performed technical and economic evaluations. Concept and detailed designs as well as a report was prepared and submitted to the client. As part of the preliminary investigation and concept design, JJR partnered with Redleaf Group to prepare a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report, which included consultations and preparation of an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment (AHIP) application for cultural heritage significance identified within the project area.
