Orange City Council engaged JJR to prepare concept design, cost estimate and structural assessment of a single decked car park, adding to the existing Ophir Car Park.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team carried out a concept design for a decked carpark based on the site opportunities and constraints determined during the site investigations.
The client was provided with concept design drawings and a report, which included preliminary design options, option analysis, photographic records, technical specifications, and cost estimates for design options.
