Penrith City Council engaged JJR to conduct a fire resistance assessment of the masonry walls at St. Marys library.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current condition of masonry walls in accordance with the fire resistance requirements outlined in AS3700. The team provided the client with a report, which included key findings of the inspection, photographic evidence, fire resistance analysis and proposed solutions to enhance the resistance of masonry walls.
