Structural assessments of two structures were required by Council to ensure they were effectively exercising duty of care in relation to the management of these assets, and that they comply with all relevant legislation.
JJR Involvement :
Detailed visual inspections were conducted at Peter Scullen Reserve picnic shelter and Mordialloc’s Rotunda. A detailed report was provided to Council highlighting all identified defects and providing recommendations for remediation works to address these defects.
