Project Overview :
To verify the design of ongoing development projects in the Kingston City region, Kingston City Council required an independent review of the current structural designs for screw pile extensions for the Ben Kavanagh Reserve pavilion redevelopment project.
JJR Involvement :
JJR compiled and reviewed all existing documentation and correspondence developed by and communicated between the Principal, Consultants, Contractor and other relevant parties, including geotechnical reports and engineering designs.
JJR then provided an independent assessment of the circumstances related to and the reasonableness of the proposed variation, and identify any lessons learnt to assist with the mitigation of similar risks on future projects.
