JJR was actioned and conducted an inspection of the MLSC`s Cathodic Protection System to ensure the efficiency of the system.
A third Party consultant had produced a report indicating the defected areas by type and location as well as the corresponding repair schedule including provision for installation of a new hybrid cathodic protection system for the concrete stair. The brief repair and rehabilitation recommendation includes an approximate quantity and cost estimate for each of the proposed work.
JJR Involvement :
JJR were engaged by the Council to undertake an independent review and report whether the audit report is in accordance with the current Australian as well as international standards.
