Whitehorse City Council (Council) has undertaken structural remedial works at Mitcham Scout Hall.
The back north-west corner and ground conditions causing dam, cracking and movement to the building which might be due to ground water running down towards the building from the train line down the embankment.
JJR Involvement :
The scope of work should be is as follows:
Conduct site inspection including intrusive inspection, probing footing; and.
Prepare report indicating the root cause of the damage and recommendation for remedial works
