Project Overview :
Kingston City Council (Council) engaged JJR to undertake an inspection, functional check and performance assessment of the Cathodic Protection System in accordance with AS 2832.5–2008
JJR Involvement :
An inspection was undertaken by JJR’s structural engineers, which included:
- Measurement of instantaneous-off potentials;
- Measurement of output voltage and current to each zone;
- Measurement of continuity and circuit resistance; and
- Reinstatement of the circuits
A report was prepared and submitted to Council detailing the results of the site inspection, functional check, and performance assessment as well as recommendations.
