City of Kingston engaged JJR to conduct a comprehensive structural and risk assessment of the precast concrete light poles and reinforced concrete balustrades at Peter Scullin Reserve, Mordialloc.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers conducted a structural visual inspection including a subsequent inspection and condition rating of reinforced concrete balustrading, as well as steel reinforcement of some precast concrete light poles. The team provided the client with an inspection report, which included a risk assessment of the balustrade wall and light poles, recommendations for method of make-safe works and cost estimations.
