As a part of the Port Rail Transformation Project (PRTP), Port of Melbourne engaged JJR to undertake a condition assessment and integrity evaluation of the concrete slab of the Wooldumpers Shed building after its demolition.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers reviewed the structural drawings, conducted inspections of the concrete slab, and provided the client with an assessment report, which considered the potential removal impact on proposed future uses and foundations, and assessed whether the removal operation could expose the contaminated land.
