City of Yarra (Council) engaged JJR to review Council’s current Project Management Framework (PMF) and recommend updates to improve usability and to align with an industry standard for PMF, such as PMBOK or ISO 12500.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team reviewed Council’s PMF and developed a revised PMF document that improved usability and included an operational guidance document based on the guidance and provisions of PMBOK. The revised PMF incorporated outcomes from an in-house consultation organised by JJR with Council staff and included PMF process templates tailored to specific requirements for Council.
