JJR was engaged by Northrop Consulting Engineers to undertake structural assessment and reporting for at least 6000 properties that were seriously damaged by flood waters in the 2022 Victorian floods.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s experienced engineers were commissioned to carry out structural inspections and reports for various residential properties across 24 Local Government Areas (LGAs) throughout Victoria. These reports included key findings from visual inspections, photographic evidence, evaluation of defects and proposed rectification solutions and recommendations.
