City of Kingston engaged JJR to assess the structural capacity of the Waves Leisure Centre Building, including the removal and replacement of nominated structural elements.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team performed a visual inspection and assessed the condition of the nominated structural elements. The key findings were detailed in a report submitted to the client, which included an overview of the roof condition and recommendations for temporary removal of structural elements. The client was provided with a propping plan to facilitate safe replacement of the calorifier.
