Colliers engaged JJR to conduct a structural assessment of a residential building located on Clarence Street in Geelong West, Victoria as part of renovation preparations.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team conducted a site inspection as part of the condition assessment of the core components of the building, including the building’s street facade. A laser measure was used to determine the alignment of the walls and floor, and the subfloor was further investigated to determine the condition of the stumps. A technical report was provided to the client, which included key findings from the inspection, photographic evidence, and recommendations.
