Melbourne Airport engaged JJR to conduct an External Training Audit of their external training systems used by third party organisations at Melbourne Airport.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team conducted an audit to review the quality and accuracy of external training systems, which focused on third party personnel current, safe and compliant use of the airside, and adherence to Melbourne Airport policies and rules, including:
• Airside Drivers Authority (ADA) handbook;
• Airside Vehicle Control Handbook (AVCH);
• Reporting of incidents;
• Airport Conditions of Use; and
• Access Licence for Airside Operators (ALAO).
The team provided the client with an External Training Audit Report, which included a review of standards, key findings of the quality, accuracy, and implementation of the training system, inspection outcomes, and recommended corrective actions.
