City of Darebin engaged JJR to undertake a condition assessment of the floor and subfloor of the West Wing Studio 1 and the Main Hall at Northcote Town Hall, City of Darebin.
JJR Involvement :
JJR’s expert team conducted site investigations and assessed the condition of the studio and the main hall of Northcote Town Hall. A detailed technical memorandum was provided to the client, encompassing a comprehensive description of the current condition of the structures, supplemented by photographic evidence. Additionally, the memorandum outlined recommended corrective actions, empowering the Council to take appropriate steps in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the infrastructure.
